The 8-week 2023 online training course in research methodology, research protocol development and scientific writing concluded with an End of course meeting on Zoom on 01 November 2023. The course organized by the Geneva Foundation for Medical Education and Research (GFMER) in collaboration with Oxford Maternal and Perinatal Health Institute (OMPHI) and the Department of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Research, World Health Organization (WHO) commenced on 6 September 2023 and enrolled 121 participants from 44 countries who were mentored by 15 coaches from 12 countries. The peak attendance was 53 including two of the course coordinators, Dr Moazzam Ali (WHO) and Dr Karim Abawi (GFMER).
