On 03 April 2023, GFMER organized a webinar to respond to questions from participants and coaches of the 2023 online training course in female genital mutilation ‘A public health approach to addressing female genital mutilation’. The webinar panelists were Dr Ahmed Wisal, Dr Christina Pallitto and Dr Vernon Oyaro of the Department of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Research, World Health Organization (Geneva). The peak attendance in the webinar was 64.
