Huyen Nu Phuong Vinh is a manager for Healthy Initiatives through Peer Education (HIPE) from April 2014. She served as Project Coordinator of Reproductive Health care for Marie Stopes International for three years. She built programs for reproductive health workshops, training courses and communication events. She has had over 15 years of experience in Public Health, Community Development, Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation. She had 5 years working with a project of children malnutrition control and community development in 3 central provinces (Quang Binh, Quang Tri and Thua Thien Hue) of Viet Nam, and 5 years of experience of poverty reduction activities in 11 central and highland provinces and 2 year of rural development programs. She is Vietnamese. She was born in 1971 in Hue city, Viet Nam.
