Anteneh Messele Birhanu is born on the 5th of May 1986. He graduated from Hawassa University, Ethiopia in 2008 with Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and obtained Masters Degree in Public Health in Reproductive Health from Institute of Public Health at University of Gondar, Ethiopia in 2012. He held the position of Head of Department of Nursing at the University of Gondar, Ethiopia (January 02 2013 – Feb 17 2014). Currently he is the a lecturer at the Department of Nursing, College of Medicine and Health Sciences at University of Gondar, Ethiopia: teaching and advising undergraduate and postgraduate students, conducting research and delivering relevant community services.

During his undergraduate course, he was actively involved in all the teaching and learning process and other administrative process and rose to become team leader of the CBTP (Community Based Team Trailing Program) and students’ representative in the students’ council of the college health sciences at Hawassa University, Ethiopia as Charity Head.
