Have capacity to meet tight deadlines for accomplishment of target and work under pressure. Have personality of promoting team work among staff and initiating and keeping desire work atmosphere among people from different religion, race and ethnicity with keeping everyone respect and dignity.
As function of my position with different entities local and International NGOs and government, I have played a strong role in data and information management and that required synthesizing report and data, often under time constraint. And I have provided many data use training as part of information management system to partner local NGO and project field staff.
Over seven years working experience in various projects i.e. development and emergencies projects. Have strong coordination skill to coordinate activities and plan for achieving study objective and goals.
