Emeka Franklin Okechukwu is a Medical Doctor and a Public Health Specialist with more than 11 years postgraduate experience in health care in Nigeria. He has 8 years experience in HIV clinical management, program design, implementation and monitoring. He is currently serving as Treatment Program Manager in the HIV/AIDS – TB team of USAID/Nigeria, where he is responsible for the provision of technical oversight, support and management of all USAID Nigeria HIV treatment programs. He is a member PEPFAR Nigeria Continuum of Care and Treatment TWG as well as other National Technical Workgroups. He serves as a resource person in trainings on various components of comprehensive HIV care and treatment. Emeka holds a Master’s degree in Public Health and a MSc. degree in Total Quality Management and Organizational Excellence.
