I am from Mongolia where I work as the Head of Health Promotion Department, National Center for Health Development, Ministry of Health of Mongolia. Our center is one of the leading implementation agencies of MOH. I did graduate from a medical school in Russia, have my MPH from SUNY in Albany, USA and an "all but dissertation" stage in my doctoral study in Human Sexuality education at the Widener University, PA, USA.
