Ling-Yen (Elizabeth) Pan, Ph.D.

Dr. Pan is an experienced researcher working in health promotion and health education. She received her Ph.D. degree at National Taiwan University, majored in health behavioral science. She had her postdoctoral training in Taiwan’s National Health Research Institutes and served as Health and Welfare Policy Research Fellow, a joint position supported by NHRI and Department of Health. Her research interests include tobacco control, obesity prevention, child and adolescent health, survey research, and health inequality. She is now based in Geneva and works as independent consultant devoted to high-quality research and evidence-based health promotion policy.
