I am originally from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I recently graduated from the University of British Columbia with a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and a minor in psychology. I am currently in the process of applying to medical school commencing in fall 2015.
I joined the Geneva Foundation for Medical Research and Education (GFMER) in September 2014 as intern. My interests lie in the developmental process that shapes social programs, and how this translates into implementation in the field.
During my internship at the Geneva Foundation for Medical Education and Research I will collaborate in general administrative duties. I will also be working on the global sexual and reproductive rights project as well as assisting with student and member correspondence from the online training courses.
