I'm Devan, 29 years old, Mozambique. I have a degree in Computing at the University Eduardo Mondlane and I am doing MBA at the Polytechnic University of Madrid. I work at Jhpiego, as the advisor of Information Systems for Human Resources for Health
I worked four years in the development of web applications, with strong experience in J2EE systems architecture. I also work with business intelligence tools. So far I have no experience with mobile applications.
The aim of my current project at Jhpiego is supporting the MOH in developing its information system and implementation of the same to the district level in order to support the management of its human resource.
