Pulse Polio Immunization in Kashmir, India on 18th January, 2015 at Primary Health Center (PHC), Lawaypora , Srinagar , Kashmir, India.

The health facility covers a population of 36,763 with three sub-centers. The targeted population for Pulse polio immunization to children under five was 5,977 and the target achieved was 90.39%.
