The picture was taken during our Pad Every Girl Initiative (PEGI) March 2020 a project that addresses period poverty. Where we taught girls how to make reusable pads and also distributed 'My period'' book which teaches girls and boys about menstrual hygiene, menstrual cycle and menstrual management.
