Just wrapped up an orientation for new mentors of Evolve - a mentorship program for young women. I am reminded that one of the values this mentorship platform offers is re-enforcing in Black/African women that we are experts in our fields. We need to decolonize our minds, own our expertise, and be confident in what we have to offer the next generation of Black women leaders.

Thank you to everyone who supports the work we do at the Evolve Mentorship Program (EMP). I am excited to kick off Cohort 9 this week!
