Liverpool City Region Live Well Challenge 2025, UK

Recently, I took part in the Liverpool City Region Live Well Challenge 2025, where I worked with students from different disciplines to design a public health intervention over six intensive weeks.

I played a key role in guiding our team’s choice of public health innovation, drawing on my knowledge from the Master of Public Health course to ensure it was evidence-based and relevant to community needs. I also contributed to the research process, helping to review public health literature and synthesise key findings to inform our approach. Additionally, I was actively involved in designing our infographic, ensuring it was both visually engaging and clearly communicated the impact of our intervention.

I’m proud to share that our team won the award for the Most Engaging and Impactful Infographic, as voted by the audience at the finale. Huge thanks to my brilliant teammates Neel Bhavsar, Shivalinga Narayanappa, Mabel Hepplestone, James Laurence, and the organisers for such a rewarding and inspiring experience.
