Sharon is a motivated public health program leader with many years of experience across many areas including HIV Prevention, Care and Treatment Services, Gender Based Violence and Sexual and Reproductive Health Services.

She is a holder of a Diploma in General Nurse Training from Harare Central Hospital in Zimbabwe where she worked as a Junior Nurse for 3 years before moving to work for MSF. She later pursued a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Development Studies with the University of South Africa. Currently she works for MSF as a Nurse Counselor in a Gender Based Violence Clinic in Harare, Zimbabwe where she has worked for the past 5 years. Previously she worked for the same organization for 3 years in and HIV Care and treatment services.
