Samuel was born in the East African town of Kampala, Uganda on the 5th February 1985. Having been raised in a business oriented family, he is aggressive and result oriented. After graduating with a bachelors in Human medicine and surgery at Gulu University, Uganda he joined Baylor Uganda as a medical officer on a saving mother giving life project based at a Rukunyu HCIV, Kamwenge district one of the hard to reach districts in Western Uganda. Through hard work, he led Kamwenge district to top performance in reduction of maternal and neonatal mortality nationally in 2013 and he was raised to a regional and later national mentor in pediatric and maternal health emergency management. He is currently a Health services coordinator for the quality improvement team at PSI Uganda in charge of Northern, Eastern and part of Central regions and the profam franchise manager. He is a versatile, analytical and industrious medical officer who perseveres to achieve nothing but the best of results. He is able to collect and analyze information, digest facts/ figures and quickly grasp complex technical issues. He is dependable, very hard working and able to work with minimal supervision in an international-multi-cultural environment.
