I was born on 30th day May, 1983 and I graduate from Jimma University with Bachelor of degree in nursing at 2006 and also master of public health in reproductive health at 2012. In my work in Assosa University as dean of health Sciences College, I obtained certificate of excellence in horror of outstanding performance in 2015 and 2016G.C: this certificate awarded for excellence of being the best faculty dean for consecutively two years. I am a professional, committed, trusted, qualified lecturer who hopes to build on the experience I have gained through my postgraduate certificate in public health in the specialization of reproductive health and work placements by gaining employment as a University Lecturer. I am qualified to teach university students in the health science streams and I am keen to support the personal and academic development of students in tertiary education. In addition I was working as Health Sciences College Dean in the Assosa University for two years. Now a day; I am PhD students at Addis Ababa University in Public Health with the specialization of Reproductive Health. Formerly I am working as a health professional in different position like Woreda Health office at the position of MCH officer, Health Sciences College at the position of instructors, Nursing Department head and Health Extension Program coordinator and Local NGO at the position of EU project coordinator and Global Fund project Monitoring and Evaluation Officer. In addition, during my work experience I obtained different training certificate on TOT training on Reproductive Health, Integrated Management of Neonate and Childhood Illness (IMNCI), Environmental Sanitation, Malaria control and prevention, HIV/AIDS prevention and control and Monitoring and Evaluation for one month; Community Based Health and First Aid TOT (Facilitator) training organized by Ethiopia Red Cross Society; TOT training on Urban Health Extension Program implementation organized by the Benishangul Gumuz Regional Stat Health Bureau and Federal Ministry Of Health (FMOH); Project planning and Management & Baseline Data collection and Socio-Economic Gap Assessment training program conducted by forum for social studies (FSS); Training on Research Methodology organized for health care providers by the Ethiopian Medical Association; Proposal and Report Writing Skills” training program conducted by forum for social studies (FSS); A workshop on how to write and publish research articles in national and inter-national Journal and Fund raising and Income generating Activities training program conducted by forum for social studies (FSS).
