Am coordinating a Maternal and Newborn Project at CIDRZ in the department of Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (RMNCH) and have over 15 years working experience in Public health. Over the years I have established a track record of excellent performance with donors and the local Ministry of Health including designing and leading innovative programs, participated in multi country studies in women and children’s health and leading development of national and multinational programs. During my time at CIDRZ, I have led nurses/midwives and fellows in program implementation, facilitated data collection, community and resource mobilization and successfully established an effective RMNCH service delivery at CIDRZ. Additionally, have had experience setting up functional community systems for community health volunteers and conducting bottleneck analysis in maternal and newborn health programming.
