I have a bachelor degree in Nursing from Jimma University (June 2010), a diploma in Clinical Nursing from Nekemte School of Nursing (August 2001) and I’m currently working on a MPH at Hawassa University. I’ve got more than ten years of work experience in different government health sectors, as head of health centers, instructor, and student dean in Shashemene Health Science College. I am currently working with Clinton Health Access Initiative as a midwifery technical officer. I have continuously engaged in monitoring and supervising students through a Team Training Program (TTP), contributing to their high achievement in clinical as well as field practice.
