I am in practice since 14 years, my main field of interest is infertility, adolescent gynecology, and high risk obstetrics. In recent years I have seen an increase in PCOS at all different age groups and my main endeavor has always been to treat patients with clinical diagnosis, minimum investigations and counseling regarding the long term health outcomes ,easy to write ,easy to speak in front of the patient but practically I find that patient awareness and compliance is a mammoth task.
