I was born in small town called Serofta, southern part of Ethiopia on July 29, 1987. I was graduated from University of Gonder, Ethiopia with Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratoty Technology in 2008 and Jimma University with Master of Public Health in Health Services Management in 2013. During my graduate study I have participated on 13th world Public Health Congress held in Addis Ababa in 2013. In the same year I also presented my research work on Arbaminch University annual research conferences.
Regarding my work experience after graduation of my bachelor degree, I had been serving as disease prevention and control focal person in the Anchar District Health Office in Eastern part of Ethiopia. At that time, I have taken over all technical roles in controlling of outbreak of acute watery diarrhoea and measles occurred in the district. After my post graduate study, I returned back to Anchar District Health Office in Eastern part of Ethiopia and working as a Maternal and Child Health Coordinator. My responsibilities are planning over all maternal and child health services, conducting operational research individually or in a team, monitoring and evaluation of public health services and provision of capacity building for health workers in the district. Currently I am working as West Hararghe Zonal HIV/AIDS prevention and control coordinator.
