I do have BSc degree in medical laboratory technology and MSc degree in biostatistics and health informatics. Regarding career history, I have worked in the health sector at different positions for about seven years. For the first three and half years, I have been employed in Pawe hospital as medical laboratory technologist. Then the next two years and nine months were spent working as health management information system / monitoring and evaluation officer in Benishangul-Gumuz regional health bureau. Next, coming to Addis Ababa, capital city of Ethiopia, I was providing public health courses at St. Paul’s hospital Millennium medical college for about five months. But due to administrative inconvenience, I left the college and has joined federal ministry of health since July 1, 2015. At the ministry, I have been working as health information system and monitoring & evaluation coordinator.
