Mr. Bilutkenaw Tamiru was born on March 9, 1985. He graduated from Hawassa University, Ethiopia in Bachelor of Health Science, 2007, Master of Public Health (MPH) in Epidemiology from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia, 2013 and certificate course in Operations Management from international Management institute (IMI), New Delhi, India. He held the position of operations Manager of ESPA+ project at UNICEF Ethiopia (2012- 2014). Currently he is a lecturer at Dilla University, Ethiopia and public health Consultant at Tumtcha Counseling plc. He is motivated and participant.
