Uchenna Nwagha graduated from the University of Nigeria Enugu Campus Medical School, with a distinction in Medical Physiology. He is a fellow of the West African College of Surgeons and the International College of Surgeons in the Faculty of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. He also holds a Master’s of Science degree in Physiology and currently a PhD student in Reproductive Biology and also a student of Public Administration. Uchenna has a joint appointment in the Department of Physiology and Obstetrics and Gynaecology where he has been a Senior Lecturer for the past seven years. His Professorial chair is undergoing external assessment. His special area of interest is in Physiology of Pregnancy and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. He was the Chief Resident and Academic Coordinator during his residency training. He has attended many conferences and workshops and has many publications in peer reviewed Journals. Currently, he is the editor in chief of Annals of Medical and Health sciences Research and Journal of Basic and Clinical Reproductive Sciences. He is a Member, Society of Gynaecologist and Obstetricians of Nigeria (SOGON), European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE), International College of Surgeons (ICS) and World Association of Medical Editors (WAME). He is a Team player and happily married with three lovely children.
