Sebs Kadokech is a Research, Monitoring and Evaluation practitioner. He is specialised in Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health. He is a graduate of Makerere University, Kampala with a Bachelor of Adult and Community Education (BACE) 2008. He obtained Health Service Planning and Management (HSPM) from College of Health Sciences, Makerere University in 2012; Project Planning and Management, Monitoring and Evaluation and ToT, from Uganda Management Institute (UMI); Corporate Governance and Strategic Management (CGSM) from Management Training and Advisory Centre (MTAC) Kampala in 2011. Kadokech received training in Monitoring and Evaluation by VLDP-MEASURE, USA; Research Proposal writing offered by Case Western Reserve University and Society of Health Scientists Uganda and School of Public Health, MUK. He is passionate about Health research and health programming. Currently he is the Research, Monitoring Evaluation and Learning manager at NTIHC in Kampala Uganda.

Kadokech has implemented a range of research activities; implemented health programs and provided technical advice to government and other partners in implementing adolescent health research and projects.

To this effect, he led a Technical Support to 7th Government of Uganda, GoU/UNFPA – Country Program on Population specifically on increasing coverage of Adolescent Health in 15 UNFPA-Uganda project districts (2011-2015).

Led implementation of Integration of Youth Friendly Services (YFS) in public health facilities in Central Uganda. Implemented baseline surveys, operational studies and capacity building to implementing partners and project staffs (2010-2013).
