I was graduated from Palestine Faculty of Medicine in 2010. A year after the internship I had an extensive experience in teaching whilst working as a teaching assistant at the Islamic University of Gaza and Al Azhar University medical school. In 2012 I started the residency program at Al Shifa Hospital in the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Gaza- Palestine. In 2015 I have got a master degree in prenatal genetics and fetal medicine from University College London-UK which has provided me with tremendous research and communication skills. I returned back with a whole different prospects and wanted to serve the country, in particular the field of reproductive health. Currently, I work in a novel project in the EMRO area at the WHO, which offers loads of preventive measures to decrease neonatal mortalities by eliminating many outdated and harmful practice at the time of birth, in addition to quality assurance and continuous self-assessment.
