I was born on the 19th of July 1985. I graduated from Arba Minch University, Faculty of Applied Sciences, Department of Applied, Arba Minch, Ethiopia with a Bachelor of Sciences (B.Sc. degree in Applied Biology) on the 19th of July 2008 and obtained post-graduate certificates (MSc degree) in Medical Microbiology from Addis Ababa University Medical School, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in 2009/2011. I have worked for as a Lecturer and Researcher, Jigjiga University, College of Natural Sciences, Department of Applied Biology from 2008 to 2015. Currently I am working at Woldia University, Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Nursing, Woldia, Ethiopia since October 2015 to date (as Medical Microbiology and Immunologist). During my tenure, i have taught Medical Bacteriology, Principles of Immunology, Medical Virology, Molecular Biology, Medical Mycology, Research Methods and Report Writing in Science. I am a Life Member of Ethiopian Public Health Association (EPHA), Ethiopian Society for Microbiology (ESM), American Society of Microbiology, The Biological Society of Ethiopia (BSE), and Ethiopian Red- Cross Association (ERCA).
