I was born on the 3rd of November 1969 in a village called Adoka in Otukpo Local Government area of Benue State Nigeria. I graduated from University of Jos, Jos Nigeria in 1997 with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). I became a fellow of West African College of Physicians in 2011 (FWACP). I also received postgraduate diploma training in Management from University of Agriculture, Makurdi, Benue State, between 2014 and 2015.
I am currently a consultant family physician in the department of family medicine, a clinician at the adult HIV/AIDS clinic, and the Deputy Head of Clinical Services, federal medical centre, Makurdi.
I am also an independent monitor of Maternal Newborn and Child Health Program and a state trainer for Malaria Action Program for the states (MAPS), of the Federal Ministry of Health Abuja- Nigeria.
