Dr Kenny Ewulum hails from Imo state in the eastern part of Nigeria. He is a trained Medical doctor with a passion for strengthening health systems to improve maternal and child well-being especially in low resource settings. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in microbiology from Federal University of Technology Owerri and went further to Obtain a bachelor’s degree in Medicine and surgery.
As a Public health enthusiast, he has served on several projects including the USDOD/NMOD as a Clinical services officer, PEPFAR/SIDHAS project as the State Team Lead private sector Rivers state, and currently the Rivers state Service Integration officer for Pathfinder International on the E2A Project (Evidence to action for strengthened reproductive health for women and girls), building the capacity of the private health sector both formal and informal in offering quality health service delivery to pregnant and breastfeeding women.
He is currently studying an MBA in healthcare and insurance management at Texila American University.
For him “everyone has a right to quality health service irrespective of income or environment” we must strive to achieve this.
