I graduated from Lusaka School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse in 1979 obtained a Midwifery certificate in 1982. I graduated from the University of Zambia with a Bachelor of Science in nursing degree in 1990 and received the World Bank joint Japan Scholarship to pursue Masters of Science degree in Maternal and Child Health at London University and I graduated in 1995. I obtained a PhD in Health studies from the University of South Africa (UNISA) in 2011.
I have served in different capacities in both nursing service and Nursing education. I’m the former head of the Department of Nursing Sciences and I now coordinate the postgraduate program. I supervise the postgraduates’ students’ dissertations and Thesis.
