Mr. Yassir Ali was born on the 12th of September 1978 in Kassala City – Eastern Sudan. He graduated from University of Khartoum (UofK), Sudan in 2002 with Bachelor of Science, in Public and Environmental Health (PEH) and obtained one year Diploma (Pre- Masters Degree) in Public Health – Epidemiology from Faculty of Public and Environmental Health, UofK in 2004. In 2011 – 2012 he was obtained Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with Specialization in Healthcare Management form University of Atlanta, Georgia – U.S. (distance learning). He held the position of Public health Officer in the Federal Ministry of Health –SUDAN 2002 -2004, and then worked with the NGOs in different areas in Sudan as Health Promotion Officer and with UNDP Khartoum as HIV/AIDS Associate in the Global Fund Project. Currently he is the HIV/AIDS Program Coordinator of GMS, a Private Company in Abu Dhabi – UAE.
